Psalm Fresh is a progressive group of musicians that consists of a string trio (Infinitus), and two emcees. They are dedicated to making unique, quality music while delivering a message of hope and inspiration. By combining hip-hop with classical, Latin, jazz, and Middle-Eastern music they produce a rich, new sound.
The members of Psalm Fresh are John Littlejohn (violin/emcee), Anthony Cheung (viola), Alex Cheung (cello), TDG (drummer/vocals), and SaulPaul (guitar/emcee). As a group, Psalm Fresh has rocked standing-room-only crowds and have become known as an up-and-coming force in the music industry. Individually, the members have garnered many honors/awards and have performed throughout North America, Europe, and the Middle East. They have collectively earned degrees from the University of Michigan, Johns Hopkins University (Peabody Institute), University of Texas, Huston-Tillotson University, and Baylor University.
Psalm Fresh is dedicated to quality outreach. They have performed in schools, correctional facilities (juvenile and adult), Native reserves, nursing homes and hospitals. Rodney Page - Orchestra Director/ Violin Faculty: Violinist/Conductor Rodney Page has performed everywhere from New York City to Tokyo, Japan. Holding a Bachelors and Masters degree from Michigan State University in Music Education, Mr. Page has directed orchestras in the St. Johns and East Lansing Public School Districts. Comfortable with classical and alternative styles, Mr. Page incorporates djaying and beatboxing in his performances and has even done some motivational speaking at several schools in Mid-Michigan. In 2002 Rodney Lamar Page performed at Showtime at the Apollo in New York City, New York. Mr. Page is an energetic teacher and holds himself and his students to the highest of expectations. This is Mr. Page's first year at TCSA.
